1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are shown on your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
2. Identity Proof
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.
3. House Rules
- Hotel Sri Hayagriva is a no-smoking and no-alcohol property.
- Our restaurant serves vegetarian food only.
- Please maintain a quiet, family-friendly environment for all guests.
4. Extra Guests
Additional guests beyond the room occupancy can be accommodated with an extra bed at an additional charge, subject to the room type.
5. Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
Online bookings are processed through our secure booking engine. The cancellation and refund policy applicable to your rate is shown at the time of booking and on your confirmation.
6. Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in rooms.
